What's Included

Kitchen:

  • Wipe countertops.

  • Clean the inside and outside of the microwave

  • Scrub the stovetop and range hood

  • Wipe down appliances, cabinets, and tables

  • Vacuum/sweep and mop floors

Bathrooms:

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and shower areas

  • Wipe countertops.

  • Clean mirrors, and faucets

Living Areas:

  • Dust all surfaces, including window sills

  • Wipe down tables

  • Vacuum/Sweep & mop floors

  • Clean cushions and upholstery

Bedrooms:

  • Dust furniture and clean mirrors

  • Change bed linens (upon request)

    • Clean linens must be out for the cleaner

  • Vacuum carpets and rugs

  • Wipe down all surfaces and remove cobwebs

  • Mop floors (if applicable)

All areas listed will be cleaned to the highest standard using appropriate methods such as dusting, wiping, scrubbing, sanitizing, polishing, vacuuming, mopping, and *deodorizing where applicable.

 

Each cleaning is documented with a before-and-after checklist. This includes photos of certain objects in the home. We respect all privacy concerns and will only take pictures of non-identifying items such as the floors, baseboards, stove/oven, etc.

Any damage or wear beyond the scope of cleaning will be noted before we begin and is not covered under our Tidy Guarantee, though we will make every effort to clean it to the best of our ability.
