Service Description
Kitchens: Wipe countertops. Clean the inside and outside of the microwave Scrub the stovetop Wipe down appliances, cabinets, and tables Vacuum/sweep and mop floors Bathrooms: Clean and disinfect sinks, toilets, and shower areas Wipe countertops. Clean mirrors and faucets Living Areas: Dust all surfaces, including window sills Wipe down tables Vacuum or mop floors Clean cushions and upholstery Bedrooms: Dust furniture and clean mirrors Change bed linens (upon request & clean linens must be out for the cleaner) Vacuum carpets and rugs Wipe down all surfaces and remove cobwebs Mop floors (if applicable)
Cancellation Policy
Payment: - The remaining balance, if any, is due immediately upon completion of the service. - Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and cash. Cancellations: - You may cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. - Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment will result in a loss of the deposit. Scope of Work and Adjustments: If additional cleaning needs arise that were not included in the original estimate (e.g., excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair requiring specialized treatment), the final price will be adjusted accordingly. Approval will be needed before proceeding. Tidy Guarantee: If any aspect of the service is missed or not completed to standard, we will return at your earliest convenience to correct the issue at no additional cost. (Issues must be reported on the same day as the service.)
